The Challenge
In 2020, without the ability to nurture their referral network via in-person connections, Rosecrance faced serious disruption to their outreach efforts. Moreover, limited resources made it difficult to execute the most commonly used virtual solutions. Our challenge was to establish and maintain the relationships with Rosecrance’s referral network.
The Opportunity
Every leading Rosecrance competitor was investing heavily in webinars, education and publishing to maintain outreach efforts. We knew we had to be different.
Creating a podcast became the perfect, scalable vehicle to position Rosecrance as a thought leader and industry expert. Season One and Two of On Your Radar, hosted by WGN’s John Williams became an opportunity to establish more meaningful connections, build a social community and allowed us to capture listener and audience profiles without restrictions and regulations.
On Your Radar explores the complexities of substance use and mental health issues with a new format and a new host kicking off Season 3. New York Times best-selling author, Tom Farley hosts each episode along with a whole new lineup of inspiring guests and their stories.
The initiative grew from a small B2B campaign to being the centerpiece of Rosecrance’s consumer social campaign.
